Does it have enough power to even turn the Dyno?

Let’s do some math! It was rated at 96 gross hp when new. Converting from gross to net we lose 20% giving us 77 hp. Now from crank to wheel we lose another 20% so that means when it was new this thing made 61 hp to the wheels. Add 70k miles to that engine and that’s what we have left.

Need to hook up that choke, LOL. Original Quadrajet? My 78 K15 rocks a quadrajet and hot air choke and low temps are no big deal.
